United Jewish Bridge to Healing, Inc. is a registered Florida Non-Profit Corporation specifically focused on Healing through music and alternative medical approaches.
UJBH, Inc. recommends medical practitioners with alternative forms of healing and produces sound recordings, concerts, Jewish inspirational videos. and music therapy for enjoyment, inspiration and relaxation. Our music is therapeutic as we share it with those that can benefit and appreciate it. The songs are inspired by real life situations as well as hope for a better world.
Music can affect your mood, setting off a series of reactions when it releases the feel-good neurotransmitter dopamine. Imagine how we felt the time an elderly man who hadn’t said a word for two years began to sing a familiar song when he was serenaded live. And the many, many times we’ve brought happiness to a lonely person’s heart.
Music affects your memories moving your eardrums and jiggling the bones of your inner ears. It affects your brainpower, specifically your frontal cortex. Music also affects pain, anxiety, metabolism and immunity. *
Our goal is to be using our talent and knowledge of Jewish and other cultural music to bring joy and a sense of heritage to those who need it the most.
